Our basic Advanced care package includes technical support services as well as additional free of charge services around reviewing and developing customer’s models.

Model’s audit
Making sure the model is in keeping with Anaplan's methodology helps to significantly improve user experience and model’s development. 
  • Checking how well the model is aligned with the Anaplan development guidelines (PLANS, DISCOS)
  • Preparing a list of recommendation on the model’s improvement
Technical support programmes 
Resolving incidents within the agreed SLA and making functional changes to the model with the current model’s architecture
